Kevin an employee from BR McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air came over to take a look at my garbage disposal. Something was stuck inside. He had a clever trick: pouring a cup of ice into the disposal and turning it on. Voila! The clog was cleared.

Amazing to me this company arranged day of service immediately. The service tech went above and beyond cleaning my leased property’s window unit, which was in dire need of cleaning. I moved here five months ago and knew this unit was the cause of a very high Entergy bill this month. While the bill was a little higher than I thought, hindsight tells me the service was worth the cost.

My dealings with BR McGinty have always been positive. I find their office personnel to friendly and helpful in scheduling service appointments. Further, their techs are timely, professional, and skilled in diagnosing and fixing the problems.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good plumber. This is the second time we used their service and it was always a positive experience. Chris was one of the best plumbers we had and very personable.

Kevin was polite and efficient. He informed me of what needed to be done and was finished quickly. However, I was told by Donna that he would be at my house "soon". An hour later Kevin called to say he would be there in an hour. To me, two hours is not "soon". If I had not been the first call of the day, it might have been more understandable. This was my first time to use McGinty so I was a little disappointed in the definition of "soon".

I am very pleased with the people at BR Mcginty. I was prepared to have to wait a few days to a couple of weeks before we could have our heater looked at, but we had our problem diagnosed and a new heater in all in the same day. All of the people we dealt with were very nice and professional and explained everything without talking down to us.

I have always received excellent service from BR McGinty, today was no exception! Saw Russell again, just the sweetest and kind person you could meet! Everyone I have talked to or met are always so responsive, professional and very kind and friendly! I highly recommend this company!
